New Recipe #1
Last night I made my first attempt at #19 on my "30 things" list - cook a new recipe twice a month.
The lucky first dish was Chicken Piccata - gluten free style!
Chicken Picatta is typically dredged in flour and flour is where the gluten is, so I made it without the flour.
It was pretty easy and surprisingly pretty tasty. Now, I won't be serving at a dinner party but for a week night meal, it'll do.
I paired it with fresh green beans from this weekend's trip to the farmers market. They complimented each other well and made for a great summer dinner.
