So last night was the 3rd recipe for #19 on my 30 things by Thirty list and it was by far the best thing I have cooked in a long time!  I made a Shrimp Scampi Bake from the Barefoot Contessa's Back to Basics Cookbook and despite being a little labor intensive it wasn't a diffiicult recipe. 

I paired it with homemade couscous (yes, I know there is gluten in couscous) and fresh green beans, again from the farmers market.  Even Alan commented on how nice it looked but unfortunately it was gone before I could get a pic of it all together.
