This weekend Alan's parents came to visit us and take part in Alan turning the big 28!
We enjoyed the new midtown Taco Mac Friday night and then sat around and chatted until almost 1 am. Saturday we took the Marta into downtown and enjoyed lunch at a small greek deli, very interesting little place but good food. After that we were off to take part in the Atlanta Downtown Festival and Loft Tour, where we saw 7 living spaces, all different and all with their own charm. We had a great time touring a different part of the city and ended the day with a glass of SweetWater beer and listening to The Unusual Suspects. Next was dinner at Slice (one of Alan's favorites) and then we were off to Turner Field. It was a great time and even though the Brave's lost to the A's we all had a great time. Sunday was breakfast at Golden Bakery and then off to Best Buy to pickup Alan's new TV and where he decided to pick up a birthday present for himself - a Playstation 3. It was a great weekend celebrating Alan's birthday and we were so glad his parent's were here to share it with us!
