Double whammy

So last night I tried not only one new recipe but two!  I know, I better pace myself!  I made Cilantro Grilled Chicken Breast with a side of Crunchy Asian Slaw and both turned out to be pretty good. 


The Chicken was perfect straight from the recipe and really easy to make in a rush. The Slaw is an adaptation from a book called The Family Chef and while the flavor is great there wasn't quite enough dressing, so next time I will probably double it. I made enough of both to have leftovers tonight, which makes me very happy! Let me know if you want to try either one of the recipes!
