As of today we are officially registered to run the Children's Healthcare of Atlanta Strong Legs 10K. We registered in person today and got to pick up our numbers and a map of the course.
Despite being on vacation for most of September and my being sick since we returned home, we have managed to train at a pretty good pace. We are continuing to train this week as we try to get to our peak pace for the race. Then we will hit the pre race period where you don't run the days leading up to the race and you carb load in preparation. Wish us luck, we're in the home stretch!
