This past weekend Alan and I completed our second Triathlon, a sprint out in Vass, NC.
It was a longer sprint than the one we did last year, by 3 miles, but we both beat our times from that race.
Alan finished in 1:30 and I finished in 2:02, 18 and 11 minutes faster respectively. The weather was great, the event was very well run and we had a great time. Now we just have to keep training for the other 2 we have this season!
