As everyone who reads this blog knows by now, we are training for the ING Half Marathon in March. With only 33 days until the race, training is getting intense but we are getting so excited for the event. Our training consists of smaller runs during the week and long runs on Sundays that increase by a mile each week. To map our long runs and figure out the course and mileage, we use a site called mapmyrun.com. It's a free site that is great for anyone doing outdoor distance activities.
